In this series, health center clinical and quality improvement staff will develop key skills and strategies to improve patient outcomes related to colorectal cancer screening rates in support of the 80% in Every Community goal set by the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable (NCCRT). This series will feature experts from the NCCRT, Great Plains Tribal Chairmen's Health Board, and community health centers.
80% in Every Community is a NCCRT initiative that continues the progress and commitment from 80% by 2018, and reemphasizes the dedication to partnership, collective action, and the pooling of resources to reach 80% colorectal cancer screening rates nationally.
This series is offered through a partnership between the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center and ECHO Colorado.
