Description

Join the Center for Public Health Practice (CPHP) and the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center for a one-hour webinar to gain a better understanding of Colorado’s new state law allowing for delivery of Retail Marijuana (as of January 1, 2021). The new law allows local communities to opt in or out of allowing retail marijuana delivery.

The webinar will provide an overview of the details of the new state law and CPHP will present tools and resources available to support professionals working on public health, safety, substance misuse, youth development, or social justice issues at the local level.

Whether your community is currently discussing allowing marijuana delivery or not, please join us to learn more about changes to the state law and resources available to local communities so you can be informed and prepared to engage, as needed, in the future.

We will also have time for questions and comments.
