Inclusive Dialogue Virtual Workshop - April 22nd

This workshop will support participants in building skills to engage in important, sometimes challenging conversations with co-workers, staff and partners. Facilitation with an eye toward inclusion builds a sense of belonging and allows the space for deep and enriching dialogue - including about important issues such as race and equity.

After this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Reflect on the ways their identities impact how they show up in spaces.
2. Describe the importance of, and ways to practice self-reflection and intentionality in engaging in conversations.
3. Implement strategies to create spaces that foster a sense of belonging among co-workers, staff and partners.
