Join others around Colorado working on assessment and planning efforts in their community to build skills, share successes, and be inspired in this workshop.
You don’t have to travel to participate in this workshop! Participants can join this workshop via Zoom. You will have the opportunity to listen to presenters and participate in interactive discussions with your peers joining via Zoom.

1:00-2:30 - Breakout Session: Online Tools to Support Partner Engagement
This workshop is appropriate for those conducting assessment and planning efforts including Planners at local public health agencies, Regional Health Connectors, and Communities that Care Facilitators and will:
provide grounding in the central, strategic role partnerships play as we orient planning work upstream
engage attendees in highly participatory breakout sessions on partnership management, governance, inclusive facilitation, and innovative collaboration methods
practice utilizing and facilitating live remote attendance options via Zoom video-conferencing
encourage deep discussion and networking so attendees can benefit from each other’s skills, experience, and creativity
explore the opportunities and challenges of bringing partners with diverse or divergent interests to the same table
Participants joining via Zoom are asked to join via camera (which you may choose to turn off when a presenter is speaking) to ensure a dynamic and engaging discussion. Zoom is free and easy to join via a computer with a webcam, or a tablet or smartphone. New to Zoom? The RM-PHTC Team is happy to help you get set up.
After this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Apply strategies to support effective partnerships.
• Describe strategies to engage with partners beyond public health to address health inequities in your community
• Connect with peer professionals
