Enteric Disease and Newcomer Health Series

The diversity of diets in the US is immense with culturally unique exposures and enteric disease concerns. Join the Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence for this two-part webinar series where we will talk with experts about enteric disease impact on newcomer health and applying a culturally humble approach to case interviews and outbreak response. Topics will include interviewing for diverse diets, successes, challenges, lessons learned, and the role of cultural navigators in public health disease control and response activities. Each webinar will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A session. Recordings will be available for those unable to attend the live session.
