This compilation of resources was designed for Colorado’s Cancer Prevention and Early Detection grantees, based on their interest in exploring how partnerships can support sustainability, and the reduction of barriers to screening and treatment. Many of the resources included in the toolkit are generally applicable to many groups, however, who are looking to improve their community partnerships.
