Description

The purpose of this webinar is to identify the value of partnering beyond the clinic.  Partnerships are a core component to meeting program goals and enhancing outcomes such as increased engagement with priority populations that are traditionally difficult to reach.  Moreover, partnerships are a necessary aspect to achieving program sustainability.  To explore clinic and community partnerships we will learn from existing examples of clinics partnering to achieve program and sustainability goals.  This webinar is specifically for grantees of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Cancer Prevention and Early Detection Program.

  1. Describe the rationale behind partnering outside the clinic setting to improve program outcomes.
  2. Identify 3 examples of how organizations have partnered beyond the clinic setting to improve program outcomes.
