The purpose of this video is to identify the value of partnering beyond the clinic.  Partnerships are a core component to meeting program goals and enhancing outcomes such as increased engagement with priority populations that are traditionally difficult to reach.  Moreover, partnerships are a necessary aspect to achieving program sustainability.  To explore clinic and community partnerships we will learn from existing examples of clinics partnering to achieve program and sustainability goals.

  2. Identify 3 examples of how organizations have partnered beyond the clinic setting to improve program outcomes.
