Description

Explore how the design and structure of a coalition can support its success. Our panelists present critical questions to consider when structuring (or restructuring) your collaboration, and provide examples and analysis of 3 distinct and effective coalition designs.

How formal should your coalition be? Do you need bylaws or officers? How broad or narrow in scope should your coalition be? What does membership look like? Should you have committees or workgroups or action teams… and if so, how do they function in regards to the large coalition?
