Description

Health Navigation Fundamentals is a three-day in-person course with an online course component designed to improve your patient navigation skills. Topics in this comprehensive "Level 1" training include patient communication, health promotion, professional conduct and motivational interviewing.   • Introduction to motivational interviewing

Please Note: To receive a certificate of completion for this course you must attend and actively participate in the entire program of training (online and face to face). Before class begins, you must complete online “pre-work” activities to prepare you for small group discussions and other learning activities.

  • If you are unable to attend the course, you must cancel your registration at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the first day of training in order to receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel with less than 14 days (2 weeks) notice, you will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
  • To cancel, you must send an email to admin@patientnavigatortraining.org.
  • No-shows will not be granted a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued on the original card used for payment OR as a credit toward a future course.
