In celebration of National Public Health Week 2020, the Colorado Public Health Association and the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center are once again sponsoring Public Health Advocacy Talks. This collection of brief talks on a wide variety of public health advocacy topics will introduce you to new ideas, provide you with new insights, and ignite your passion for creating a healthy Colorado.

 The PHATalks will:

  • Expose public health professionals, students and stakeholders to the breadth and depth of public health work.
  • Educate and equip participants to dialogue and advocate with others on a variety of relevant public health topics.

The 2020 PHATalks will include topics such as climate change & health, rural health advocacy and more!

This event is open to students, public health professionals, public health partners and stakeholders.

PHATalks 2020 is being live-streamed by the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center to ensure professionals from across the Rocky Mountain region can enjoy this event. Upon registering, you will be provided a link to watch the live event on April 7th via the Training Page.
