Understanding

In this webinar we will break down biological sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pronouns, transgender, demisexual, third gender, and gender expression. While addressing the spectrum we will discuss proper ways of asking questions and how to communicate, i.e. names and pronouns. We will also discuss bias elimination, hurtful terms, how to communicate, and the effects on mental health, including the best ways to cope. Despite the existence of different views, we hope to change negative views and help create a healthier world.

Learning Objectives

Understand the Breakdown of LGBTQQIAAP
Discuss nationwide and Colorado LGBTQ+ Data affects on Mental Health Data
Describe and Identify proper ways to communicate, and ask questions i.e. names and pronouns
