Youth need positive, nurturing environments in which to learn and grow into healthy adults. So, what does a positive environment look like? What are the characteristics of an effective program? How do we move from theory to practice? In this interactive session, we'll discuss HOW you can implement Positive Youth Development in our work and organizations. We'll dive into the five principles Strengths based, Inclusive, Youth as Partners, Sustainable, and Collaborative, to develop an action plan to put these principles into practice.
Prerequisite: Participants MUST have attended a PYD 101 session
