Learning Objectives

  1. Understand current acupuncture research for acute and chronic pain management
  2. Identify appropriate patient candidates for acupuncture treatment
  3. Assist patients in locating a licensed acupuncturist, and navigate common costs, insurance coverage, and standard course of treatment
  4. Be familiar with Colorado licensing & practice rules and regulations
