The Center for Public Health Practice (CPHP) and the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center produced this one-hour webinar to help viewers gain a better understanding of Colorado’s new state law allowing for delivery of Retail Marijuana (as of January 1, 2021). The new law allows local communities to opt in or out of allowing retail marijuana delivery.

The webinar recording provides an overview of the details of the new state law and CPHP presents tools and resources available to support professionals working on public health, safety, substance misuse, youth development, or social justice issues at the local level.
