The COVID-19 pandemic has increased awareness for the field of public health and the important role that public health and health care professionals play in caring for our communities. As the need to grow a robust public health workforce continues in Colorado and across the nation, these training modules provide an introduction to the public health field and explore health-related careers through online virtual training and career exploration modules.

Included in this training are:

Introduction to Public Health in the Time of COVID 3-hour self-paced training featuring an introduction to cultural responsiveness, public health in Colorado, HIPAA and confidentiality, and contact tracing.
