Description

When faced with challenges in your work or life, how do you respond? Resilience is a set of skills that enable us to bounce back during challenging times. In this ECHO series, you'll learn and apply strategies to increase personal resilience at work and at home.

To sign up for this ECHO series – click the Register for the Waitlist icon on the left. The page that follows will state that the training is full and ask if you want to join the waitlist. Please click on the "Join Waitlist" icon - you will be contacted regarding your registration status.

You must join the virtual workshop via the Zoom platform. To get the full benefit of this training, it is recommended that you have your camera on when you join the workshop.  Our staff can help you if this is new to you (support.rmphtc@ucdenver.edu).

If you are new to Zoom, we suggest that you test your camera or webcam prior to the workshop by logging into https://zoom.us/test and practice:

  • Muting and unmuting yourself
  • Turning your video on and off ( you’ll know it’s working if you can see your face on the screen)
  • Renaming yourself
  • Using the chat box
  • Opening the participants icon and using the non-verbal feedback
  • Sharing your screen

  2. Utilize mindfulness techniques throughout your day during times of stress to objectively assess your well-being.
  3. Identify opportunities to cultivate positive emotion.
  4. Use the values choice point technique to make value-based decisions.
