Description

This Community of Practice (CoP) is for contact investigators & tracers and resource coordinators to connect, discuss challenges, learn from one another, and reduce isolation among the workforces. Each month, the topic of discussion will be chosen and changed by those that attend sessions.

Topics will include but are not limited to de-escalation, stress management, and reportable diseases.

Learning Objectives

Participants that attend these sessions will learn from one another through sharing of challenges, ideas, lessons learned, and their solutions.

We will meet each month via video, using Zoom, so you'll need a camera on your computer, laptop, tablet, or phone. Being able to see each other face-to-face will help us connect with each other and have a good dialogue.
