CHAMPS | RM-PHTC Resiliency Collaborative

The 2022 Resiliency Collaborative will meet on the first Friday of each month, May through September 2022

Time: Noon -1:00 PM MST

OVERVIEW: The CHAMPS/RMPHTC Resiliency Collaborative is an online facilitated peer group for Region VIII health center and public health staff. Each session will not only share didactic information but will be highly activity-focused, incorporating the practice of mindfulness techniques, meditation, practical body awareness exercises, journaling, goal setting, etc. This free collaborative is open to clinical, administrative, and support staff.

Friday, May 6

Session 1: Reflecting on the Pandemic: Where have we been and, where are we going?

  • Speaker: Molly Molloy, LCSW
  • Session Description: This session will be an opportunity to engage in dialogue about the challenges and the opportunities of the past two years, what we hope to have learned, and to determine ways to integrate lessons into daily life. These lessons can lead to lasting change both personally and professionally.

Session 5: Wrapping it all up

  • Session Description: Let's take a look at the past 4 months and what opportunities and support have become available because of the work we have done in this Collaborative.  We will take the topics of all sessions and make a vision for a way forward.
