The Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center is offering a 10-week course that uses highly interactive activities to build participants' capacity to facilitate meetings and coalitions that are efficient, effective, and lead to results. Participants learn how to anticipate, prevent and intervene in difficult situations to keep the group from derailing and halting progress and explore structured strategies they can use to generate ideas, evaluate and select ideas, and make a group decision.
Participants will work through course content independently and then connect with a small cohort of peers weekly for live learning sessions that provide an opportunity to ask questions, share knowledge, and learn from others.
