Description
Sustainability planning is essential in order to maintain the delivery of effective public health programs. Given the importance of sustainability planning, there is a wealth of available literature and resources designed to help individuals and organizations assess, develop, and implement sustainability plans. However, translating recommendations from ‘paper’ into practice can be challenging and even overwhelming. Learning about real-life experiences in sustainability planning can help alleviate some of these challenges by providing powerful and practical insight into different approaches to sustainability. In this webinar recording, we hosted a panel of experienced individuals in the public health field who are all working towards the sustainability of their programs, projects, and partnerships. This webinar used storytelling, guided facilitation, and group discussions to explore the complexities of sustainability planning and share valuable lessons learned from the field.
